Sexy Alligator Shot

Equipment

  • jigger
  • shot glass
  • cocktail shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • bar spoon
  • Pour Spouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1 oz Melon Liqueur (we like Midori)
  • ¼ oz Black Raspberry Liqueur (we like Chambord)
  • ¼ oz Jager

Instructions
 

  • Fill cocktail shaker to top with ice
  • Use jigger to measure 1 oz of Sweet and Sour mix and pour into shaker
  • Use jigger to measure 1 oz of Midori and pour into shaker
  • Place top on shaker and shake thoroughly
  • Remove lid and add Hawthorne strainer to top of shaker
  • Pour liquid into shot glass
  • Use jigger to measure ¼ oz of Chambord
  • Place bar spoon just above liquid in shot glass with spoon upside down. Slowly pour Chambord over back of the bar spoon. It will sink to the bottom of the glass.
  • Use jigger to measure ¼ oz of Jager
  • Place bar spoon just above liquid in shot glass with spoon upside down. Slowly pour Jager over back of the bar spoon. It will float on the top of the glass.
  • Kick back and enjoy!
