Mudslide Cocktail

Equipment

  • jigger
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • cocktail shaker
  • Rocks glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz Irish Cream
  • 1.5 oz Heavy Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup optional garnish
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Gather all of your ingredients and equipment together.
  • Take your chocolate syrup and rocks glass. Tilt the glass sideways and drizzle the chocolate syrup around the sides of the glass.
  • Grab up your ice and use it to fill your rocks glass as well as your cocktail shaker. Both should be almost to the top with ice.
  • Grab up your vodka and jigger. Measure 1 oz of vodka with the jigger and toss it into the shaker.
  • Grab up your kahlua and jigger. Measure 1 oz of Kahlua with the jigger and toss it into the shaker.
  • Grab up your Irish Cream and jigger. Measure 1 oz of Irish Cream with the jigger and toss it into the shaker.
  • Grab up your heavy cream and jigger. Measure 1.5 oz of heavy cream with the jigger and toss it into the shaker.
  • Put the lid on the shaker and shake it well. It should take about 15 - 20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is cold to the touch.
  • Remove the lid from the shaker and put the hawthorne strainer over the shaker.
  • Pour your drink from the shaker into your glass.
