Gin and Grapefruit Juice aka The OG Greyhound

Ingredients
Greyhound
- 2 oz Gin
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Lemon or Lime wedge garnish
- 1 Fresh Rosemary optional garnish
Salty Dog
- 2 oz Gin
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 lime wedge moisten glass rim for salt
- Himalayan Pink Salt salted rim
- 1 Lime wedge garnish
- 1 Fresh Rosemary optional garnish
Sweet Greyhound
- 2 oz Gin
- 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup or honey more or less to taste
- 1 Lemon or Lime wedge garnish
- 1 Fresh Rosemary optional garnish
Gin Fizz
- 2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 2 oz Club soda
- 1 Lemon or Lime wedge garnish
- 1 Fresh Rosemary optional garnish
Instructions
Greyhound
- Fill your highball glass with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz of gin. The higher quality the smoother the drink.
- Top off the glass with about 4 oz of grapefruit juice
- Put a lime wedge on the glass to garnish and enjoy!
Salty Dog
- Cut a slit in a lime wedge and run it around the rim of your glass.
- Dip the mouth of the glass into ground Pink Himalayan Salt for a salted rim
- Fill your highball glass with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz of gin. The higher quality the smoother the drink.
- Top off the glass with about 4 oz of grapefruit juice
- Put a lime wedge on the glass to garnish and enjoy!
Sweet Greyhound
- Fill your highball glass with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz of gin. The higher quality the smoother the drink.
- Add in ½ oz simple syrup or honey (more or less to your taste preference)
- Top off the glass with about 4 oz of grapefruit juice
- Put a lime wedge on the glass to garnish and enjoy!
Gin Fizz
- Fill your highball glass with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz of gin. The higher quality the smoother the drink.
- Add in 2 oz of grapefruit juice
- Top off the glass with about 2 oz of club soda
- Put a lime wedge on the glass to garnish and enjoy!
Rosemary Garnish
- Follow the directions for any of the drinks and use rosemary as a garnish or stirred into the drink.
