Gin and Grapefruit Juice aka The OG Greyhound

Ingredients
  

Greyhound

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 Lemon or Lime wedge garnish
  • 1 Fresh Rosemary optional garnish

Salty Dog

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 lime wedge moisten glass rim for salt
  • Himalayan Pink Salt salted rim
  • 1 Lime wedge garnish
  • 1 Fresh Rosemary optional garnish

Sweet Greyhound

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 4 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ oz Simple syrup or honey more or less to taste
  • 1 Lemon or Lime wedge garnish
  • 1 Fresh Rosemary optional garnish

Gin Fizz

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 2 oz Club soda
  • 1 Lemon or Lime wedge garnish
  • 1 Fresh Rosemary optional garnish

Instructions
 

Greyhound

  • Fill your highball glass with ice.
  • Pour in 2 oz of gin. The higher quality the smoother the drink.
  • Top off the glass with about 4 oz of grapefruit juice
  • Put a lime wedge on the glass to garnish and enjoy!

Salty Dog

  • Cut a slit in a lime wedge and run it around the rim of your glass.
  • Dip the mouth of the glass into ground Pink Himalayan Salt for a salted rim
  • Fill your highball glass with ice.
  • Pour in 2 oz of gin. The higher quality the smoother the drink.
  • Top off the glass with about 4 oz of grapefruit juice
  • Put a lime wedge on the glass to garnish and enjoy!

Sweet Greyhound

  • Fill your highball glass with ice.
  • Pour in 2 oz of gin. The higher quality the smoother the drink.
  • Add in ½ oz simple syrup or honey (more or less to your taste preference)
  • Top off the glass with about 4 oz of grapefruit juice
  • Put a lime wedge on the glass to garnish and enjoy!

Gin Fizz

  • Fill your highball glass with ice.
  • Pour in 2 oz of gin. The higher quality the smoother the drink.
  • Add in 2 oz of grapefruit juice
  • Top off the glass with about 2 oz of club soda
  • Put a lime wedge on the glass to garnish and enjoy!

Rosemary Garnish

  • Follow the directions for any of the drinks and use rosemary as a garnish or stirred into the drink.
