Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • bar spoon
  • 1 4” drink skewer
  • (Optional) Mixing tumbler

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz bourbon or whiskey
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white optional
  • 3 maraschino cherries garnish
  • 1 orange slice garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill rocks glass with ice
  • Add in 2 oz of bourbon/whiskey
  • Add 1 oz of lemon juice
  • (Optional) add 1 egg white
  • Top off with ¾ oz simple syrup
  • Stir gently with bar spoon
  • Garnish with 3 cherries on 4” drink skewer or with an orange slice
  • Enjoy!
