To make a shot
Measure .75 oz of Kahlua with your jigger. Pour that into the bottom of your shot glass.
Measure .75 oz of Amaretto with your jigger. Place your bar spoon in the glass upside down just above the Kahlua. Slowly pour the Amaretto over the spoon so it lays on top of the Kahlua.
Measure .75 oz of Irish Cream with your jigger. Place your bar spoon in the glass upside down just above the Amaretto. Slowly pour the Irish Cream over the spoon so it lays on top of the Amaretto.
Measure .75 oz of Vodka with your jigger. Place your bar spoon in the glass upside down just above the Irish Cream Slowly pour the Vodka over the spoon so it lays on top of the Irish Cream..
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
To make a cocktail:
FIll your rocks glass with ice. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
Use your jigger to measure .75 oz of vodka and toss into the shaker.
Use your jigger to measure .75 oz of amaretto and toss into the shaker.
Use your jigger to measure .75 oz of irish cream and toss into the shaker.
Use your jigger to measure .75 oz of Kahlua and toss into the shaker.
Use your jigger to measure .75 oz of milk or half and half and toss into the shaker.
Put the top onto your shaker and shake everything up. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cold to touch.
Take the lid off of your shaker.
Put the Hawthorne strainer on the top of your shaker and pour your drink into your rocks glass.
Add a large dollop of whipped cream to the top of the cocktail.
