Mini-Beer Shot

  • jigger
  • bar spoon
  • shot glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Licor 43
  • .5 oz heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Start by measuring 1.5 oz of Licor 43 with your jigger. Dump that in the bottom of your shot glass.
  • Next, measure .5 of of heavy cream with your jigger.
  • Use your bar spoon and place it upside down in your shot glass. Slowly pour your heavy cream over the back of your spoon into your shot glass. It should layer just on top of the Licor 43.
  • Kick it back and take your shot.
