Bourbon Rickey
Equipment
- highball glass
- bar spoon
- (Optional) Mixing tumbler
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 4 oz club soda/soda water
- ½ oz lime juice about ½ a lime
- 1 lime wedge garnish
Instructions
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Add in 2 oz of bourbon
- Add ½ oz of lime juice (about ½ a lime)
- Top off with soda water (approximately 4 oz)
- Stir gently with bar spoon
- Garnish with lime wedge
- Enjoy!
