Before starting get all of your ingredients and equipment together.
Fill up your highball glass and your shaker with ice.
Measure out 1.5 oz Apple Pucker with your jigger and dump it into your cocktail shaker.
Measure out 1.5 oz Peach Schnapps with your jigger and dump it into your cocktail shaker.
Measure out 1.5 oz White Rum with your jigger and dump it into your cocktail shaker.
Measure out 1.5 oz Dark Rum with your jigger and dump it into your cocktail shaker.
Measure out .5 oz Pineapple Juice with your jigger and dump it into your cocktail shaker.
Measure out .5 oz Orange Juice with your jigger and dump it into your cocktail shaker.
Stir it all together by covering the shaker with its lid and shaking it all up. This takes 15 - 20 seconds.
Pop off the shaker lid.
Put the hawthorne strainer onto the top of the shaker. Pour your cocktail from your shaker into your glass.
Add a splash or two of grenadine into your glass.
Add a floater (about .25 oz) of 151 rum to the top. All you need to do is measure it and toss it into the glass.
