Instructions
Cognac and Ginger Ale
Fill highball glass with ice
Add in 2 oz of cognac
Top off with Ginger Ale (approximately 4 oz)
Stir gently with bar spoon
Garnish with lime wedge
Remy Ginger
Fill highball glass with ice
Add in 2 oz of cognac
Top off with Ginger Ale (approximately 4 oz)
Drop in 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
Stir gently with bar spoon
Garnish with lime wedge
French Mule
Fill highball glass with ice
Add in 1½ oz of cognac
2½ oz of Ginger Ale (or Ginger Beer for a stronger bite)
Drop in 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
½ oz of Simple Syrup
Squeeze 1 lime wedge
Stir gently with bar spoon
Garnish with lime wedge
