Ingredients
Cognac and Ginger Ale
- 2 oz cognac
- 4 oz Ginger Ale
Remy Ginger
- 2 oz cognac
- 4 oz Ginger Ale
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
French Mule
- 1½ oz cognac
- 2½ oz Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- 1 wedge lime squeezed
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
Cognac and Ginger Ale
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Add in 2 oz of cognac
- Top off with Ginger Ale (approximately 4 oz)
- Stir gently with bar spoon
- Garnish with lime wedge
Remy Ginger
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Add in 2 oz of cognac
- Top off with Ginger Ale (approximately 4 oz)
- Drop in 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- Stir gently with bar spoon
- Garnish with lime wedge
French Mule
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Add in 1½ oz of cognac
- 2½ oz of Ginger Ale (or Ginger Beer for a stronger bite)
- Drop in 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- ½ oz of Simple Syrup
- Squeeze 1 lime wedge
- Stir gently with bar spoon
- Garnish with lime wedge
- Enjoy!
