Ingredients
  

Cognac and Ginger Ale

  • 2 oz cognac
  • 4 oz Ginger Ale

Remy Ginger

  • 2 oz cognac
  • 4 oz Ginger Ale
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

French Mule

  • oz cognac
  • oz Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
  • 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 wedge lime squeezed
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup

Instructions
 

Cognac and Ginger Ale

  • Fill highball glass with ice
  • Add in 2 oz of cognac
  • Top off with Ginger Ale (approximately 4 oz)
  • Stir gently with bar spoon
  • Garnish with lime wedge

Remy Ginger

  • Fill highball glass with ice
  • Add in 2 oz of cognac
  • Top off with Ginger Ale (approximately 4 oz)
  • Drop in 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
  • Stir gently with bar spoon
  • Garnish with lime wedge

French Mule

  • Fill highball glass with ice
  • Add in 1½ oz of cognac
  • 2½ oz of Ginger Ale (or Ginger Beer for a stronger bite)
  • Drop in 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
  • ½ oz of Simple Syrup
  • Squeeze 1 lime wedge
  • Stir gently with bar spoon
  • Garnish with lime wedge
  • Enjoy!
