Passion Fruit Sour
Equipment
- jigger
- Hawthorne strainer
- cocktail shaker
- Rocks glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1.5 oz Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Gather up all the items listed above in ingredients and equipment.
- Toss ice into both the shaker and rocks glass. They should both be filled to the top with ice.
- Grab the jigger and passion fruit liqueur. Use the jigger to measure 2 oz of passion fruit liqueur and toss it into the shaker.
- Grab the jigger and lemon juice. Use the jigger to measure 1.5 oz of lemon juice and toss it into the shaker.
- Grab the jigger and simple syrup. Use the jigger to measure 1.5 oz of simple syrup and toss it into the shaker.
- Grab the lid to the shaker and put it on top of the shaker.
- Shake it up for about 15 - 20 seconds or until the shaker is cold the touch.
- Remove the shaker lid and put the strainer over top of the shaker.
- Pour the drink into the rocks glass.
