Broken Down Golf Cart Shot

Equipment

  • jigger
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • cocktail shaker
  • shot glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • 1 oz Midori
  • 2 - 3 dashes Lime Juice
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add some ice into the cocktail shaker so that the shaker is filled up.
  • Take the amaretto and jigger. Use the jigger to measure 1 oz of amaretto. Toss that into the shaker.
  • Take the midori and jigger. Use the jigger to measure 1 oz of midori. Toss that into the shaker.
  • Take the lime juice and add a few dashes directly into the shaker.
  • Grab up the shaker lid and add it to the top of the shaker.
  • Shake it well until the shaker gets cold on the outside. This will take around 15 seconds.
  • Take off the shaker lid. Grab up the strainer and put it over the shaker.
  • Pour the shot from the shaker into the shot glass.
