Equipment

  • 2 shot glass
  • jigger

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Start out by gathering up the items listed above in equipment and ingredient sections.
  • Grab the jigger and measure out 1 oz of Irish Cream. Toss the irish cream into one shot glass.
  • Grab the jigger and measure out 1 oz of lime juice. Toss the lime juice into the other shot glass.
  • Take the shot of Irish cream, and without swallowing, add the shot of lime juice to your mouth.
  • Swish them together and get a little curdling action.

Notes

This drink can also be made as a layered shot instead of in two shot glass.  To layer it:
  1. Measure the irish cream and dump into a shot glass.
  2. Measure the lime juice.
  3. Turn a bar spoon upside down in the shot glass just above the irish cream.
  4. Slowly pour the lime juice over the back of the bar spoon so it sits on top of the irish cream.
  5. Take the shot, making sure to swish it around in your mouth before swallowing it.
