Coronita Margarita

Equipment

  • jigger
  • highball glass
  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 bottle Coronita
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Fill the glass to the top with ice. Also, add ½ cup of ice to the blender.
  • Use the jigger to measure 2 oz of tequila. Toss that into the blender.
  • Use the jigger to measure 1 oz of Triple sec. Toss that into the blender.
  • Use the jigger to measure 1 oz of lime juice. Toss that into the blender.
  • Use the jigger to measure .5 oz of simple syrup. Toss that into the blender.
  • Turn the blender on. Different blenders have different settings. A quick smoothie setting usually works if you have it. Otherwise, on hi for a minute or two should do it. You want the ice all crushed up.
  • Turn the blender off. Pour the drink into the glass.
  • Open the bottle of coronita.
  • Pour it into the glass and then leave the bottle turned upside down in the glass.
