Gin on the Rocks

Equipment

  • jigger
  • Rocks glass
  • Knife optional for garnish

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Gin
  • lemon or lime wedge optional garnish
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Grab enough ice to fill up the rocks glass and toss it in.
  • If adding a lemon or lime wedge:
    1) Cut your lemon or lime into wedges.
    2) Slice a small notch in the pulp of one wedge.
    3) Stick the wedge on the rim of the glass using the notch.
  • Pour 2 oz of gin with the jigger.
  • Dump the gin into the glass.
  • Give the glass a little swirl and then enjoy!
