.25 cups of lime juice
1 tbs of raspberry simple syrup
.5 cups of seltzer water.
Variations:
If you don't want to boil and make your own raspberry simple syrup, you can just muddle about 5 raspberries with .74 oz of simple syrup in a cocktail shaker or jar before adding your other ingredients.
You can also build this whole drink in a cocktail shaker instead of the glass if you want. Add ice to the shaker, add the ingredients, shake well then strain into the glass. If you don't have a shaker, you can mix in any jar with a lid.
