Raspberry Martini

Mix up this sweet and tangy raspberry martini in just about 5 minutes. This fruity martini is super easy to shake up and delicious to sip.

Equipment

  • jigger
  • cocktail shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Martini glass

Ingredients
  

  • 5 fresh Raspberries
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Raspberry Vodka
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Stick your martini glass into the freezer so that it can chill.
  • Throw 5 raspberries into the shaker.
  • Measure and pour 25 oz of Simple syrup into the shaker.
  • Use the muddler to smash the raspberries in with the simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Measure and pour .75 oz of lemon juice into the shaker.
  • Measure and pour 2 oz of raspberry vodka into the shaker.
  • Measure and pour 1 oz of cranberry juice into the shaker.
  • Put the top on the shaker and shake it until it gets icy on the outside. That usually takes about 20 seconds.
  • Take the martini glass out of the freezer.
  • Take the top off the shaker and put the hawthorne strainer over it.
  • Pour your drink into your glass.
  • Stick a few raspberries on a cocktail pick and sit it in the glass if you want a garnish.
