Equipment

  • shot glass
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • jigger
  • cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

  • Ice
  • ½ oz Coconut Rum
  • ½ oz Melon Liqueur (such as Midori)
  • ¼ oz Heavy Cream
  • ¼ oz Pineapple Juice
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions
 

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice
  • Measure ½ oz of coconut rum with jigger and pour into shaker
  • Measure ½ oz of melon liqueur with jigger and pour into shaker
  • Measure ¼ oz of heavy cream with jigger and pour into shaker
  • Measure ¼ oz of pineapple juice with jigger and pour into shaker
  • Add top on cocktail shaker and shake well.
  • Remove top from cocktail shaker and place Hawthorne strainer on top
  • Pour liquid from shaker into shot glass
  • Carefully top shot with whipped cream & enjoy!
