What is a Scooby Snack shot?

Scooby snack shot is a creamy tropical shot that is perfect for any festive occasion. It is made of melon liqueur, coconut rum, heavy cream, pineapple juice with a whipped cream garnish.

There are other variations of this shot that include adding cream to banana. You can also make a blue Scooby snack shot by adding blue curacao.

How to make this drink:

The shot is fairly easy to make as you just toss all the ingredients into a Shaker and mix them together.

Equipment:

• Shot glasses
• cocktail shaker
• Hawthorne strainer
• jigger

Ingredients:

• ½ oz coconut rum
• ½ oz melon liqueur
• ¼ oz heavy cream
• ¼ oz pineapple juice
• Optional ½ oz creme de banana
• For blue Scooby snack shot replace melon liqueur with blue Curacao

Instructions:

Step one

First, gather together all your equipment and ingredients.

You will also want to make sure to fill your Shaker with ice.

Step two

Next, with your jigger measure your rum, melon liqueur, heavy cream, and pineapple juice. Pour them into your shaker.

Step three

Place the top on your Shaker and shake well.

Step four

Remove the top of your Shaker place your hawthorn strainer and pour your shot into your shot glass.

Step Five

Carefully top your shot with whipped cream and enjoy!
