Equipment

  • jigger
  • Champagne Glass or any type of glass works if you don't have this.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 oz Orange Juice
  • 3 oz Sparkling Water flavored or plain

Instructions
 

  • Since this one doesn't require ice in the glass, make sure to chill the orange juice and sparkling water before getting started.
  • Grab the orange juice and jigger. Use the jigger to measure 3 oz of orange juice and toss it into the champagne flute.
  • Grab the sparkling water and the jigger. Use the jigger to measure 3 oz of sparkling water and toss it into the champagne flute.
    Pro tip: instead of measuring out the sparkling water, you can just pour it straight into the flute to top it off.

Notes

Measurements:
If you need to measure in cups instead of ounces - 
  • ⅓ cup of Orange Juice
  • ⅓ cup of Sparkling Water
 
Variations:
  • You can substitute the sparkling water for -
    • sparkling grape juice
    • ginger ale
    • flavored sparkling water
  • Use fresh squeezed orange juice
