Notes

Measurements:
If you need to measure without a jigger, use these amounts.
  • 2 tbs of blue curacao
  • ¼ cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 tbs of lemon juice
  • 1.25 tbs of cream of coconut
  • 1.25 tbs of coconut simple syrup
Variations:
  • If you don't want to make or don't have coconut simple syrup, you can use regular simple syrup.
  • If skipping the coconut simple syrup, you can always add a few dashes of coconut extract in instead.
Mixing the drink:
If you don't have a cocktail shaker, you can use a mason jar or any other jar that has a lid.
If you want to pour all the ingredients into the glass and stir with a spoon instead, you can also do that.
