Carrot Cake Shot

Equipment

  • jigger
  • cocktail shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • shot glass

Ingredients
  

  • .5 oz Kahlua
  • .5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • .5 oz Goldschlager
  • .5 oz Bailey's
  • Cream Cheese Frosting (optional rim garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Fill the cocktail shaker up to the top with ice.
  • Measure out .5 oz of Kahlua with the jigger. Dump the Kahlua into the shaker.
  • Measure out .5 oz of Butterscotch Schnapps with the jigger. Dump the Butterscotch Schnapps into the shaker.
  • Measure out .5 oz of Goldschlager with the jigger. Dump the Goldschlager into the shaker.
  • Measure out .5 oz of Bailey's with the jigger. Dump the Bailey's into the shaker.
  • Stick the shaker lid on the shaker.
  • Shake it up for around 15 - 20 seconds; or until the shaker gets cold.
  • If you want to add a rim to the shot glass, now is the time. Grab a butter knife and spread a thin layer of cream cheese frosting on the rim of the shot glass.
  • Remove the shaker lid, pop the strainer over the shaker.
  • Pour your shot from the cocktail shaker into the shot glass.
