Fill the cocktail shaker up to the top with ice.
Measure out .5 oz of Kahlua with the jigger. Dump the Kahlua into the shaker.
Measure out .5 oz of Butterscotch Schnapps with the jigger. Dump the Butterscotch Schnapps into the shaker.
Measure out .5 oz of Goldschlager with the jigger. Dump the Goldschlager into the shaker.
Measure out .5 oz of Bailey's with the jigger. Dump the Bailey's into the shaker.
Stick the shaker lid on the shaker.
Shake it up for around 15 - 20 seconds; or until the shaker gets cold.
If you want to add a rim to the shot glass, now is the time. Grab a butter knife and spread a thin layer of cream cheese frosting on the rim of the shot glass.
Remove the shaker lid, pop the strainer over the shaker.
Pour your shot from the cocktail shaker into the shot glass.
