Pumpkin Milk

- 2 oz Pumpkin Simple syrup instructions below if making your own. You will need 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 oz Milk
- Ice
Pumpkin Simple Syrup
Add 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a saucepan.
Simmer for 10 minutes at medium heat; stirring regularly.
Strain through a strainer to remove pumpkin pieces.
Put in fridge to chill.

- ¼ cup of pumpkin simple syrup
- ½ cup of milk
Tips & Substitutions
- Make the pumpkin syrup a few hours ahead so it has time to chill and thicken.
- You can also make this in a cocktail shaker and shake it instead of stirring.
