🥛 What is a Pumpkin Milk?

Pumpkin milk is a simple and delicious two ingredient drink made of pumpkin simple syrup and your milk of choice stirred together. This bright and beautiful flavored milk is creamy, sweet and full of pumpkin flavor that will warm you and your taste buds on the coldest day. Additionally, this drink can be served warm or cold.

Flavored milks are quite popular and most times very easy to make. This isn’t the only flavor, some other common variations are cinnamon milk, vanilla milk and peppermint milk.

One of the great things about this pumpkin milk is that it actually is very customizable to be able to make it as healthy or sweet as you prefer. Additionally, it’s so easy to make, you only need to toss your ingredients in your glass and stir them together.

Here are a couple of the reasons why you should try this recipe:

    • Fall Paradise. There’s not much more of a fall flavor than pumpkin or pumpkin spice. This creamy and comforting flavored milk is perfect for the fall season.
    • Quick and easy. With only two ingredients whipping this recipe up is it breeze. You should be able to have everything stirred together in 2 minutes or less.
    • Super customizable. You can make this shoot whatever your flavor preferences are. It can be served warm or cold. And you can make it healthy and nutritious or a sweet treat.

⭐ When to Make This Drink

This drink is perfect for serving at any fall occasion. If you’re looking for some suggestions, consider a few of these:

    • Thanksgiving get togethers
    • Halloween parties
    • Fall brunch
    • Afternoon treat

    📖 Variations

It is so easy to customize this drink with different ingredient substitutions and flavor variations. Here are just a few ideas you can consider:

    • Make it warm. What’s more cozy and comforting than a cup of warm milk? Before you get started, carefully warm your milk on the stove top at medium heat for a few minutes.
    • Make it pumpkin spice. What’s more fall than pumpkin flavor? Pumpkin spice flavor that is! Add in a dash of pumpkin spice seasoning to the drink or, use pumpkin spice syrup instead of regular pumpkin syrup.
    • Make it dairy-free. Use a dairy-free alternative to the milk. Some great options include almond milk, oat milk and cashew milk. Just ensure that they are the unsweetened variations.
    • Blend it. Instead of using a pre-made pumpkin syrup, use pumpkin puree and your choice of sweetener and blend all of your ingredients together. This is a good way to make this a healthier version as you can use any sweetener you prefer instead of refined sugar.
    • Make it more decadent. You can make this more of a dessert drink by adding a large dollop of whipped cream on top and some nutmeg or cinnamon on top of the whipped cream. Or, you could add a cinnamon stick in the side of the glass.
    • Adjust the sweetness. You can use more or less simple syrup to dial up or dial down the sweet flavor in the drink.
