Equipment

  • jigger
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • cocktail shaker
  • shot glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Southern Comfort
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • .25 oz Peach Schnapps
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Toss ice into the cocktail shaker until it is filled to the top.
  • Pick up the Southern Comfort. Use the jigger and measure 1.5 oz of Southern Comfort. Then, dump it into the shaker.
  • Pick up the Lime Juice. Use the jigger and measure 1 oz of Lime Juice. Then, dump it into the shaker.
  • Pick up the Peach Schnapps. Use the jigger and measure .25 oz of Peach Schnapps. Then, dump it into the shaker.
  • Pick up the Simple syrup. Use the jigger and measure .25 oz of Simple Syrup. Then, dump it into the shaker.
  • Pick up the shaker lid and put it onto the shaker.
  • Shake everything up until the shaker gets cold. This will typically take around 15 seconds.
  • Pick up the hawthorne strainer and replace it for the shaker lid.
  • Strain the shot from the shaker into the shot glass.
