🥃 What is a Southern Hospitality Shot?
A Southern hospitality shot is a combination of Southern comfort, lime juice, peach schnapps and simple syrup. It is a light and fruity drink that has a strong peach flavor with a slight hint of citrus.
The name of this drink is in part due to the fact that Southern comfort is used. That in addition to the peach schnapps (after all, what’s more said than peaches) makes for the name of the drink.
And, if you still need some convincing to try this one out, here are all the reasons why you’re sure to love it:
- Fast and easy. You only need four simple ingredients for this week. No elaborate layering or glass rimming needed. Simply shake them up and you’re good to go.
- Refreshing and fruity. This lightly refreshing drink has a touch of sweetness as well. It is full of fruit flavor that is delicious.
- Customizable. You can turn this shot into a cocktail. Also, you can add a couple different ingredients to create some different flavor variations to suit your flavor preferences.
