How to make this drink:

This three ingredient drink is fairly easy to make, it does take a steady hand in order to create the layers though.

Equipment:

• pour spouts
• Shot glasses
• jigger
• bar spoon

Ingredients:

• ½oz amaretto
• ½oz Irish cream (we like to use Bailey’s)
• Whipped cream to top

Instructions:

Step one

Prior to you get started, you will want to make sure that you get all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go.

Step two

The first thing you will want to do is set your shot glass ready. Using your jigger measure ½ oz of amaretto and pour it into the bottom of the shot glass.

Step three

Next you will want to use your jigger to measure ½ oz of your Irish cream. Your Irish cream will be layered on top of the amaretto.

To do the layering, you will want to take your bar spoon turn it upside down and place it into the shot glass just above where the amaretto stops. Slowly drip your Irish cream over the back of the bar spoon and it should sit just on top of your amaretto.

Step four

You want to top your two layers off with a dollop of whipped cream. Make sure to do this slow and steady so you don’t mess the layering of your liquors up.

Step Five

Now, you’re ready to take your shot. Most people like to have a little fun with this and leaving the shot glass on your table top and forward to take the shot glass in your mouth and kick it back without using your hands.

Of course you want to do this carefully and you can certainly use your hands if desired.
