You’ve no doubt heard of a Tequila Sunrise and before. But with a slight variation you can make a Tequila Screwdriver that is out of this world! Wanna learn how?

What’s the difference between a Tequila Sunrise and Tequila Screwdriver?
It’s a great question. If you look at both drinks side by side, you will immediately notice they are two different colors. The Tequila Sunrise has grenadine in it which sinks and gives that drink it’s sunrise look.
A Tequila Screwdriver is more like a Vodka Screwdriver; two ingredients and no grenadine. If you’re a fan of a Vodka Screwdriver and/or a Tequila Sunrise, you will love the Tequila Screwdriver.
Why do so many drinks use orange juice?
Orange Juice makes a great mixer because it is both tart and sweet which blends incredibly well with most spirits. For example, in a Whiskey and OJ the sharpness of the Orange Juice curbs some of the edge of the whiskey and makes for a very smooth drinking experience.
Some other great drinks with orange juice are the Madras and a Rum Runner.
