- 2 oz Peach schnapps
- 2 oz Blue curacao
- (optional) a few drops of green food coloring
- Ice

Step one
Get started by gathering together Blue carousel, orange juice, peach schnapps, ice, highball glass, jigger, cocktail shaker and Hawthorne strainer.
Step two
Grab up some ice and fill both the glass and shaker to the top with it.
Step three
Grab up the jigger and orange juice. Use a jigger to measure 4 oz of orange juice and toss it into the cocktail shaker.
Step four
Grab up the jigger and peach schnapps. Use the jigger to measure 2 oz of peach schnapps and toss it into the cocktail shaker.
Step Five
Grab out the jigger and blue curaçao. Use the jigger to measure 2 oz of blue curacao and toss it into the cocktail shaker.
Step Six
Cover up the shaker with a lid and shake well. Spend about 15 to 20 seconds shaking it and the shaker should get cold on the outside.
Pop off that shaker lid and pour your drink from the shaker into your glass.

Equipment

- cocktail shaker
- highball glass
Ingredients
- 4 oz Orange Juice
- 2 oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz Blue Curacao
- Ice
- green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Add ice to both the highball glass as well as the cocktail shaker.
- Measure out 4 oz of Orange Juice with the jigger. Pour that into the shaker. 2 peach schnapps and blue curacao or use green food coloring
- Measure out 2 oz of peach schnapps with the jigger. Pour that into the shaker.
- Measure out 2 oz of blue curacao with the jigger. Pour that into the shaker.
- if desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to amp up the green color.
- Pop the top onto the shaker and shake it up for about 15 seconds. The shaker will get cold.
- Pop the top off the shaker and pop the hawthorne strainer over the shaker.
- Pour the drink into the highball glass.
