If you have ever wanted to drink your favorite candy bar, then the almond joy martini is exactly what you are looking for. This drink is the perfect combination of almond, chocolate and coconut blended together in a glass.

What is an almond joy martini?
And don’t enjoy Martini is like sipping your favorite candy bar. It is made of vodka, heavy cream, coconut rum, frangelico, chocolate liqueur, coconut and chocolate syrup.
Despite the large amount of ingredients needed to make this cocktail, it is not a difficult drink to make.
This is a perfect dessert cocktail much like the chocolate strawberry martini pornstar martini or eggnog martini, chocolate peppermint martini.
How to make this drink:
You will need several ingredients but once you have those together it’s really just dump and pour.

- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 oz coconut rum
- half ounce frangelico
- half ounce chocolate liqueur like Godiva
- Chocolate syrup
- Shredded coconut

Step one
There are a lot of ingredients involved in making this drink. So, you want to make sure that you have all of your equipment and ingredients gathered together before you get started.
Additionally, make sure that your cocktail shaker is filled with ice.
Step two
Now, let’s get your glass garnished. You will want to take two saucers and put a thin layer of coconut on one and a thin layer of chocolate syrup on the other.
Take your martini glass turn it upside down onto the saucer with chocolate syrup and roll the rim in it until it is thoroughly coated.
Then, place the martini glass down into the shredded coconut and roll it around the chocolate syrup will help the coconut to stick to the rim.
Step three
The last step in getting your glass ready is to drizzle some chocolate syrup on the inside. You can simply take a bottle of chocolate syrup tilt your martini glass sideways and then squirt the syrup onto the sides of the glass in circles.
You do want to make sure that you don’t put so much chocolate syrup that it’s dripping down the sides and settling into the bottom.
Step four
Now we’re ready to get the liquor together. Using your jigger measure 1 oz of vodka and pour over the ice into your cocktail shaker.
Repeat this by measuring 1 oz of heavy cream and dumping it into your cocktail shaker. And then measuring 1 oz of coconut rum and also something that into your cocktail shaker.
Step Five
Next, measure half an ounce of Frangelico for that into your cocktail shaker. And then, measure half ounce of chocolate liqueur and add that to your cocktail shaker.
Step six
Now, place a top on your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly for 30 seconds or so so that the ice and the liquid all blend together.
Step seven
Remove the top of your cocktail shaker. Place your Hawthorne strainer on top of your cocktail shaker. And then, pour all of the liquid into your martini glass.

- Top cocktail shaker off with ice.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on a saucer
- Pour a thin layer of shredded coconut on another saucer
- Take Martini glass and place rim down in the chocolate syrup to coat the rim.
- Then, place glass rim down in coconut to coat the rim.
- Take the bottle of chocolate syrup and squeeze some around the inside of the glass.
- Use jigger to measure out 1 oz vodka and pour into shaker.
- Use jigger to measure out 1 oz heavy cream and pour into shaker.
- Use jigger to measure out 1 oz coconut rum and pour into shaker.
- Use jigger to measure out ½ oz Frangelico and pour into shaker.
- Use jigger to measure out ½ oz Chocolate Liqueur and pour into shaker.
- Put lid on shaker and shake for several seconds.
- Take lid off shaker and put Hawthorne strainer on top of shaker
- Pour liquid from cocktail shaker into Martini Glass
