How to make this drink:
This cocktail is as easy as 1 2 3. Basically all you need to do is dump your two ingredients together and mix them up.
- 2 oz Brandy
- 4 oz Dr Pepper
- Lime wedge
As you get ready to make this cocktail, you first want to gather your equipment and ingredients together.
Once you have everything gathered, get ready to prepare your garnish.
To make a lime wedge you want to take your lime and cut it into wedges or slices. Then take one wedge and cut between the peel and the pulp of the fruit. This way you can easily place the wedge on the rim of your glass.
Fill your highball glass full to the top with ice.
Measure out 2 oz of Brandy using your jigger. Then, pour your Brandy into your highball glass.
Measure out 4 oz of Dr Pepper using your jigger. And also pour that into your highball glass with your Brandy and ice.
You can use more Dr Pepper than 4 oz if you wish. This will mask the flavor of the Brandy a little more.
Carefully use your bar spoon to thoroughly mix your two ingredients together.
Sit back, take a sip and enjoy!
