Pixie stix are a fun candy you may remember from your childhood. They’re essentially like powdered flavored sugar that has a little bit of tartness added in.

• Make your own sweet and sour mix. Sweet and sour mix is essentially a combination of lemon juice and simple syrup. You can make your own instead of using store-bought.

📋 Ingredients

• .75 oz Cherry vodka
• .75 oz Grape vodka
• .25 oz Blue curacao
• .25 oz Sprite
• .25 oz Sweet and sour
• Ice

👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions

Step one

Go ahead and get everything gathered up including Sprite, grape vodka, cherry vodka, sweet and sour mix, blue Curacao, cocktail sugar, Hawthorne strainer, ice, shot glass and jigger.

Step two

Toss a couple handfuls of ice into your cocktail shaker. It should be mostly full.

Step three

Using the jigger, measure .75 oz of grape vodka. Toss the vodka into the shaker.

Step four

Using the jigger and measure 0.75 oz of cherry vodka. Toss the cherry vodka into the shaker.

Step Five

Using a jigger, measure .25 oz of blue curacao. Toss that into the shaker.

Step Six

Using a jigger measure 0.25 oz of sweet and sour mix. Toss the Sweet and sour mix into the shaker.

Step Seven

Using a jigger, measure 0.25 oz of Sprite. Toss the Sprite into the shaker.

Step Eight

Place the top over top of the cocktail shake your period spend about 15 seconds shaking it so that the shaker gets cold. Make sure not to shake two vigorously or the sprite will fizz up.

Step Nine

Pop the top off the shaker and then strain your shot into your shot glass.
