A blue lagoon mocktail is a combination of non-alcoholic blue Curacao, lemonade and club soda. It is typically served with an orange slice and or a lemon twist. This bright blue drink is bursting with sweet bubbly lemonade flavor and has a little hint of citrus.
The bright blue color is from the blue curacao. That is used in many similar blue mocktails like the ocean water drink and the blue hawaiian mocktail.

📖 Variations
Check out the below ideas if you’re looking for possible ingredient substitutions or slight flavor variations:
- Add a little sweetness. If you’d like to balance out the tart of the lemonade, you can add a little extra sweetness by adding .5 to 1 ounces of simple syrup. Crank it up and notch further by using a flavored simple syrup such as orange simple syrup or lemon simple syrup.
- Replace the club soda. Use a lemon lime soda such as Sprite instead of club soda if you want to capitalize on the citrus flavor of this mocktail. Additionally, you can add a little more Sprite and a little less lemonade if you want to have a sweeter more fizzy flavor.
- Make it for a crowd. Multiply all the ingredients by six times and add this to a picture or punch bowl to serve this at a large get together.
- Skip the ice. Don’t want it to get watered down? Skip the ice, but make sure to thoroughly chill all of the ingredients before you start making the drink.
- Use a flavored seltzer water. Add a little extra flavor to this drink by using an orange or lemon flavored seltzer water.
