How to make this drink:
This cocktail is so easy to make with just three ingredients. You can have this one shaken up and just under 2 minutes.
Equipment:
- jigger
- highball glass or Rocks glass
- Hawthorne strainer
- cocktail shaker
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Banana Liqueur
- 2 oz Milk
- 2 oz Kahlua
- Ice
Instructions:
Step one
Grab your jigger, shaker, Hawthorne strainer, glass as well as your banana liqueur, Kahlua and milk.
For this cocktail you can use a rock’s glass or you can use a highball glass. If you use a highball glass you may want to add another ounce or two of milk on top.
Step two
Fill both your glass and cocktail shakers to the top with ice.
Step three
Measure out 2 oz of banana liqueur with your jigger and pour it into your cocktail shaker over the ice.
Step four
Measure out 2 oz of Kahlua with your jigger and pour it into your cocktail shaker with your ice and banana liqueur.
Step Five
Measure out 2 oz of milk with your jigger and pour it into your cocktail shaker with your Kahlua, ice and banana liqueur.
Step Six
Cover your cocktail shaker with the top and shake it well until it’s cold to touch on the outside. This usually takes around 15 to 20 seconds.
Step seven
Go ahead and remove the top from your cocktail shaker. Then, place the Hawthorne strainer on top of your cocktail shaker. Now, strain the liquid from your Shaker into your glass over the ice.
If you chose to use a highball glass, you may want to add another little splash of milk on top.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Banana Liqueur
- 2 oz Milk
- 2 oz Kahlua
- Ice
Instructions
- Take some ice and fill up your glass and your shaker with it.
- Get your banana liqueur and measure out 2 oz of it with your jigger. Dump this into your cocktail shaker.
- Get your milk and measure out 2 oz of it with your jigger. Dump this into your cocktail shaker.
- Get your Kahlua and measure out 2 oz of it with your jigger. Dump this into your cocktail shaker.
- Shake everything up by putting the top on your shaker and shaking for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Get your drink made by taking the top off the shaker and replacing it with the strainer. Then, pour it all from your shaker into your glass.
