📖 Variations

The customization possibilities are endless for this recipe. There’s lots of flavor variations and ingredient additions you can make to really ramp this drink up. Here are just a few to consider:

  • Add a little spice. Give a sprinkle of cinnamon or even add a cinnamon stick into the drink and stir to add a little kick of spice.
  • Make it vegan. Make sure to use vegan chocolate chips and a vegan friendly sweetener such as maple syrup If you would like this to be a vegan drink as well.
  • Add dairy-free whipped cream. You can either buy dairy-free whipped cream or make your own with coconut milk or another dairy-free alternative. This helps to make the drink extra decadent and delicious.
