    • It’s versatile. Though most people like to serve this is a warm drink, it can certainly be serve cold as well.
    • Nutritious benefits. He probably already know the benefits of milk such as calcium and vitamin d. However cinnamon also has a wholesale of health benefits including antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
    • Cozy and delicious. It is sweet, creamy and warm. The light cinnamon spice helps add to the coziness of this drink.

    📖 Variations

Curious about how to change the flavor of this up or make some ingredient substitutions? Take a look at this list of ideas:

    • Skip this simple syrup. If you want, you can heat this directly on the stove and leave out the cinnamon simple syrup. Simply add in a little bit of sugar and ground cinnamon to your milk.
    • Use a different sweetener. Skip the refined sugar and use honey or an alternative sweetener.
    • Add a little more flavor. There are a couple flavors that go well with cinnamon and milk. You can add in a teaspoon of vanilla or honey if you want to add a little more flavor.
    • Go dairy-free. Use a dairy-free milk alternative such as soy milk, almond milk or oat milk. Do be aware that they may have a slightly different color or flavor. Do make sure to use unflavored versions.
