Looking for some low calorie cocktails that you can enjoy without busting your diet? The cocktails on this list are easy to make, low in calories, but still delicious. From on the rocks options to rickeys and soda water mixers – there’s something for all occasions.

It’s nice to be able to enjoy a cocktail without also pounding down the calories. And, let’s face it, sometimes they can be super calorie heavy. But, not these delicious low calorie cocktails.
We selected the cocktails on this list based on the following criteria: calories, ease of making, overall flavor. So, scroll on down and pick your favorites to try.

Raspberry Vodka Soda
This raspberry vodka soda is a nice fruity variation of a classic vodka soda (which is also low cal). It’s lightly fizzy and has a hint of sweet raspberry flavors.
Why it’s good: you only need two ingredients to stir this up. Plus, you can easily change the flavor by using other vodka flavors like citrus or strawberry.
Tequila Soda
Looking for a light and fizzy drink and love tequila? Try this tequila soda. The soda water dilutes the tequila a smidge and give a little fizz to this cocktail.
Why it’s good: this one is super easy to make. We like to use a silver tequila, but you can use any type of tequila that is your favorite. You can also try a gin and soda.
Brandy Tonic
Like tonic water, but want something a little different than the classic gin and tonic? Stir up this brandy and tonic instead. It gives you the tang of tonic water, but with the fruity flavors of brandy added in.
Why it’s good: another two ingredient cocktail, this one is quick and easy to make. Plus, you can use pretty much any liquor you prefer in this one – we also like a vodka tonic.
Rum Soda
Another soda water cocktail on this list of low calorie drinks is this light and fizzy rum soda. Soda water itself usually has no calories, rum usually is in the 130 calorie range for 2 oz.
Why it’s good: we like to use white rum in this usually, but you can use spiced rum, coconut rum or any other rum that you prefer.
Whiskey Soda
Whiskey is one of our favorite liquors here. So, this whiskey and soda is a top choice when looking for a drink that is low in calories.
Why it’s good: you an pick your favorite whiskey, we like to use a peanut butter whiskey in this one from time to time. You can also use a regular whisky and then use a flavored soda water.
Gin Sprite
Light, bright and citrusy – give this gin and sprite a try. Plain sprite can pack in some calories, but we like to use sprite zero to crank those calories all the way down.
Why it’s good: the flavor combination for this drink is light and refreshing with hints of citrus and botanicals.
Whiskey and Coke
The crisp bite of a refreshing coke is what you get in this easy whiskey and coke drink. We use coke zero to keep the calories as low as possible.
Why it’s good: this is easy to customize by adding in crown, bourbon or even peanut butter whiskey.
Tequila and Sprite
Tequila and sprite is one of my favorite go to easy and low cal cocktails. It is light, fizzy and has a nice lemon lime flavor. We use sprite zero to keep the calories to a minimum.
Why it’s good: it’s super easy to make. And, tastes similar to a margarita, but lighter and fizzy.
Gin Rickey
Looking for a classic drink? Look no further than this gin rickey. This one is light, fizzy and has citrus and botanical flavors.
Why it’s good: one fun thing about this is there are many other rickey drinks to also try with other liquors. One of our other favorites is a tequila rickey. Plus, they’re easy to make with just three ingredients.
Tequila on the Rocks
You can’t get much more simple than a drink on the rocks. This tequila on the rocks usually is only around 120 – 130 calories depending on the type of tequila used.
Why it’s good: it’s literally just a shot of tequila in a glass over ice, so it’s fast and easy to make. You can use your favorite kind of tequila – we like to use silver tequila.
