    What is a Carajillo?

A Carajillo Is a combination of cold espresso and 43 licor. Is a cold coffee drink that tastes like super sweet vanilla coffee.

Though this coffee cocktail is popular in Spain and other Latin American countries, don’t confuse it with the Spanish coffee which has several different ingredients in it.

This coffee infused drink is like any other spiked coffee such as amaretto coffee or Brandy coffee. It is a sweet and dessert like cocktail.

You can either make your own espresso or buy it pre-made from a store. However, if you don’t have espresso, you can use a super strong coffee.

Licor 43 is a Spanish liqueur that originated in the 1940s. It gets the 43 and its name for the 43 different spices and herbs that are used to make it. Is a yellow color liqueur that is known for having a very sweet and strong vanilla flavor.
